What does white label freelancing mean?

White label freelancers are an extra pair of hands for your agency that work on a temporary or contracted basis. As far as your customers are concerned it will be your agency that has completed the work (and not a freelancer).

So, if your agency needs extra digital marketing support but you’re not looking to hire more people at the moment, I can help.

Who owns and manages the client relationship?

You will own and manage the relationship with the client. In fact, if you prefer the client can be unaware that I’m working on the project! I’m happy to sign an NDA or contract so that you’ve got in writing that I can’t poach any clients (not my style anyway).

Do you offer client referral partnerships?

No. I know that some freelancers offer referral fees but I’m not a fan of this model as my daily rate would be cut into, which limits the number of clients that I can take on. The only way to make this work would be to increase my client costs and I’m not keen on doing that!
