I started my marketing career as a writer specialising in large membership organisations. I’ve written everything you can think of, from brochures and flyers to emails and tweets. I was also a magazine editor for three years, editing Member News for the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
Today, I specialise in balancing thoughtful and engaging copywriting with SEO, helping brands to develop a distinctive and appealing voice for their brand with content that ranks well in search to drive their site traffic.
A writer who loves words
I love writing. I’ve got a novel in the works and before starting any piece for a client, I’ll warm up by writing a haiku. I’m also an entry-level member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP), with a certification in Introduction to Fiction Editing.
